“My life is crazy, busy, chaotic and I love it.”
Hi, I’m Kate.
I am a Mum of 3 amazing boys and a wife to my husband of 20 years, Paul.
My life is crazy, busy, chaotic and I love it. It has however, taken me time to learn how to deal with the every day stresses that life brings.
After having my children I struggled with my mental health. I strangely felt like I had little purpose in life. I had 3 beautiful, healthy boys who obviously gave me purpose, but I was still lacking in something. I began working hard to find what the ‘something’ was. My passion has always revolved around us having a long and healthy life and, for me, a huge contributor to that is food and fitness. I soon realised I really enjoyed cooking and was interested on the science behind food and what it can do for us. This was also something that served my other passion of fitness.
I believe that there is no better experience than personal experience, life highs and lows; which I can implement alongside my professional experience. This has made me a more understanding and empathetic person, especially towards my clients, who lead realistic lives that can sometimes be unpredictable.
I wish to share my vast knowledge and new found passion with my clients by educating and providing support throughout their individual plan and beyond. I love the flexibility of combining my work, my lifestyle and my family with what I am fully dedicated to.
So here I am today, with a new lease of life, and a commitment to helping my clients achieve the wellness we enjoy daily.

Qualifications
This section is particularly important to me. I see many people, on social media and the internet, for example, offering advice with no credible qualifications. Please, please check and ask anyone who you are taking advice from, especially when it is to do with your health and wellbeing, for certification of their qualifications. They should be more than happy to show you.
You can find all of my qualifications and registered associations under ‘credentials’ below.
I studied for 3 years, at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and obtained a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. This was by far the most challenging thing I have ever done but equally as rewarding, and I am so proud of what I have achieved. I offer vast advice and education into what food can do for you and how it can change your life. I guarantee, that if you can give me just a few months of dedication, you’ll be amazed by the positive impact that consuming the right foods (bespoke to you) and regaining structure, can have on your quality of life. Our daily decisions have a profound effect on our health, mentally and physically and whether we thrive or decline. My aim is to guide you to make the right decisions based on detailed investigations into your individual circumstances.
